Good Morning Everyone,

Guess I don't have to ask if we are all bright eyed and bushy tailed cause I seem to be the first one on here this morning, and of course those on the left coast are still in slumber land

March is going to act like a lion today and dump us with 3-6 inches of snow. Par for the course this time of year. So good day to get tax stuff ready, waiting on a form before I see CPA, do a little book work, try out the new washer etc.

Kathy, sorry about he MH, but better to follow your gut instincts. There's one with you name on it out there. Look north into MI too. Ava, seems like you got a great deal on phone, MiFi etc. should be all set now. Barb, you might want to get checked for bronchitis. Was thinking of you yesterday while I was getting my hair cut. The place I go, AK Hair Studio, smells so fresh and clean all the time, very rarely notice chemical smells. Beth, will have to check out those recipes. Making Swiss steak in crock pot today.

Good foggy morning from Hardee Lakes.
Yes, five of us decided to extend our stay here. Donna, Dell, Soos, Carol, and me figured we might as well enjoy each others company and this lovely park a little longer.
Yesterday I was up at 5:00 to watch sunrise and look for deer the ranger says come out early. The fog was so dense I couldn't even see the edge of the lake. Same story this morning but I slept later. It is after 8:00 now and still cannot tell there is a lake right in front of my site.
Another great campfire last night; will see if I can post a couple of photos later this AM.

Another round of ice and snow for us tomorrow ENough!! I'm thinking about Tina this morning and hoping she arrives home safe. It is going to be a real adjustment for sure, sun to ice is not pleasant to say the least. It is supposed to get into the 50's and rain today so maybe the remains of the last storm will finally be washed away in time for fresh. We are meeting up with my brothers at noon, tomorrow is my oldest brothers birthday so thought we should get together today. This afternoon I have to take Andy to the vet, he turned 14 last month and is due for his yearly check up.
Guess I should get things organized, it will be noon before I know it.
Those birds are still singing spring songs in the morning, maybe they are calling in better weather for us all.

Our snowstorm just started about 2 hours ago and has been heavy, but looks like it is getting brighter outside now. Only supposed to be a couple inches so not too bad, however, the temps are going to drop this afternoon and the winds are going to pick up, so there are blizzard warning just west of here. The good news is that starting Friday, the highs will be in the 30's, so hopefully, we are about done with the near zero temps here for the season!

Still coughing some but feeling a little perkier today. Was scheduled to work at 9:30 but just got a call and don't have to go in now until 4pm, so can go back to bed for awhile and give my throat a rest. I also pulled some muscles in my lower back from coughing so hard yesterday, so I have been using a heating pad for that.

I had a dream last night that I was living back in California and was so excited about it...until I woke up and realized I am still in MN. When I was living in CA, I used to have dreams I was back in MN and feeling very unhappy about it. Then I would wake up and realize I was still in CA and felt SO relieved!

Good morning. Yep, we're in for another round today and tomorrow, Sue. This time we're supposed to be getting rain and freezing rain and then more snow Wed. I have an eye appointment tomorrow afternoon that I'm thinking I'll change. With 2 mountains to drive over I think I'll pass since it is a later afternoon appointment and the temps will be dropping by the time I'm ready to drive back. The roads could go either way depending on what and when.

Kathy, sorry about you not getting the rv. But if it didn't feel right, it probably wasn't. There's one out there for you and you'll know when it's right. I've driven by a couple that were in people's yards and thought about you! Want to come to PA? Barbie, hope you get to feeling better. Sounds like you may have more then just a cold. Take care of yourself. I saw that the gals in FL extended the gtg! I think I dislike fog more than snow for driving. (Barbie, just saw your post, glad you're feeling better)

Today is laundry day and change the sheets on the bed so guess I should get to it. Coffee is on, I can always stop and visit awhile! Have a good day and stay safe and warm.

Good Morning... we are iced in here in Normal; this will be followed by very cold temps again... the warning sirens went of for a longer time today they are trying to get things synchronized for the county...
So glad I got a few groceries yesterday! will wait for next week to do big shopping... in the mean time I am keeping warm!
My little Cindy across the street has another fella... sometime it will be a good fit... poor thing... how boring is my life when I worry about her?
The insurance rejections keep coming yesterday it was a rejection of my mammogram... not sure what is wrong with this company... COVENTRY never never never get them...
Barbie take care of yourself... Sue hope you do not get too much snow... o'Sharon would love to have a cup of coffee with you! Ava you must be getting excited about your trip I think it is this weekend... and Carolb offering her pet setting services... be very careful she may drive away with yours! just kidding...
Poor Shadow fell down the ice laden steps this morning... I put deicer on them while he was out and was ready to pull him back up after he did his business... but he made it just fine... he did not get hurt which I am very grateful for...

Good Morning All, We got a total of 1.01 inches of rain from this storm! The sun is out now with a bright clear blue sky.
Kathleen, how is your neighbor attracting these men? Its an adventure reading about her for us...not so much fun for her tho. Glad Shadow didm't get hurt on those icy steps.
I did some cooking yesterday so today will get all the dishes cleaned and put away. I'm lazy about that. Also off to the library to get a new card replacing the one I lost. How can one lose a library card? easy I say.
My SIL gets his fifth chemo today (of 12)...he is still hanging in there. On days he feels good his friends come over and play bridge with him. He is an excellent bridge player.
That's my mundane life for today. lyn

Sitting in the rest area north of Lexington KY, checking e-mails and resting from the morning driving in the rain. I'm about 95miles from the driveway and will be there soon. I was told to just park the rig near the house so I am guessing that the driveway still holds piles of snow. Will find out soon enough. Spent the night at the Escapees park north of Knoxville, so not to terrible of a drive today except for the rain. The broken Trees along the interstate in TN show the damage from the heavy snows and ice. The ground here in KY though is clear and just waiting for where ever the snows from tomorrow's storm want to land.

Tina, I'm glad you're almost home. My new co-camphost just got here from TN - had to drive around the bad weather, too. Hope your driveway isn't too bad when you get home!

Kath - I'm confused about some of these denials by your insurance? Did you have a mammogram recently enough that they would deny it for that reason? Something doesn't sit right!

I had one a year ago and they paid for it... I am so lost as to what I can do... frustrating to say the least especially dealing with pain...

Oh she is on dating sites... she simply wants to be in a relationship... she also does way too much for them... like cooking taking food when she goes to their place cleaning for them... I am thinking it is more than 20 men by now in the past couple of years... sorry this is maybe not nice... but I do care about her... this fella lives in Chicago and will come down on the train...

That is a cute tt Barbie but I would want a bathroom and running water... someone could fix that fast...

Those men probably sense her desperation, but take advantage of her for awhile before dumping her. Men want a partner, not another mom.

Made it thru 4 hours at work with only a few coughing fits. I am very tired now tho. Wanted to stop at the store and pick up a few things but the wind is vicious tonight and blowing the snow around. The temps have dropped considerably since this afternoon.

I have tomorrow off but taking my dad to a doctor appointment in the morning. Will take it easy again the rest of the day. Getting way behind on things to do around here tho.

Kath, check the date of your last one - and find out how often they will let you have one. If you've never had a positive one, it might not be yearly. And if it is yearly, insurance companies are sticklers - it best be one year and one day - or it will get rejected.

Barbie, that TT is cute, but would need lots of work (and money) to be usable. And sorry you're still feeling the effects of this cold.
