For Those Headed to Northeast This Summer

My trailer Life Magazine has an alert for any one heading to Acadia National Park,to be aware that detours are being planned for vehicles exceeding certain height and width restrictions along Park Loop Road, the primary route through the park. Large vehicles will be rerouted on portions of the road due to bridge rehabilitation. Sieur de Monts Springs Bridge from April 27 to June 8 and Day Mountain Bridge from May 11 through June 19. You can access the park website at www.nps.gov/acad. for more info. Although dates are probably well ahead of the time some of you might visit, we all know construction doesn't always go as planned. Just wanted to give you a heads up ;)

Thanks. Luckily I won't be there until late August or so.
