There are people I still need to see and things I want to do, before I go to Tucson to meet up with Chicago Rick. I just know I won't get to do it all. I did start receiving UI, again, so that helps me get by until my summer job. It was so nice to put faces to everyone, as you said.
Will you be in Tucson for awhile? I'll probably have to make a day trip there sometime soon. Still waiting to hear from the dealer on replacing my screen door - that's getting frustrating now.
Thinking we should be there at least a couple of weeks. I see there is free camping on BLM land, there, for 14 days. Does anyone know of any other free or cheap places to stay? Chicago Rick should be leaving IL this next week.
Been sorting through, and thinning out, my stuff in Myrtle. Long overdue, so feels good. Didn't realize that I had a roof leak until I was organizing one of my upper cupboards
Thinking it could be from under the satellite dish. I think I'm going to have bedliner sprayed on my roof, so that should take care of any leaks. It is a chunk of money, but I need to take care of Myrtle. Still much cheaper than the quote I got for a new rubber roof, when I was in Q, and much more durable and maintenance free. I need to work like crazy, tomorrow, to get Myrtle organized, as I will have to leave her at the shop for about a week.
Some old workamping friends, from when I was out here in AZ, before, stopped by for a visit, this afternoon
They're staying in Casa Grande, this winter, but will be at another park in Apache Junction, next winter. It was so good to see them!
