Yes, I did get the Applebee's birthday song and dinner was good, ate it all and the melting pot cake and ice cream.
Then...he took me shopping at Burlingtons and thats AFTER the pretty package he surprised me with when I picked
him up. Big large box, fancy paper, open that and inside is ANOTHER large box, fancy paper, and inside that one is
ANOTHER box, fancy wrapped and so on until I get down finally the gift...still wrapped....little Ipad, so its on the
charger now get that first full nights charge. Will play with it tomorrow and get it all figured out.
Now for the shoulder news...the mri showed I needed a good shaving in the rotator cuff. Its badly rough but did the
shots, first one was some kind of lidocaine type of stuff and then two cortizone shots. One on each side and directed into a few different areas. I have full range of motion now but with the bad rough edge of the rotator cuff he doesn't know how long it will stay pain free. Eventually the rotator cuff will need surgery. He suggested I get my dot physical
soon as possible, so that is on the agenda for tomorrow.
oh yea, at Burlington I got a pair of black capri and two nice summer thin sweaters, one in white and one in grey. The
sweaters are the dressy type, kinda long and large type sleeves. The Ipad isn't Ipad brand but does the same thing.
All in all, it was a great birthday. Girls at work stuck a candle in the middle of a candy bar and sang the happy birthday song and presented me with a card filled with signatures.
