Mornin' Donna & Alice & all that follow . . .

Wonderful that the PT is helping your spine pain Donna. It's horrible to live with any type of pain. Keep it up if you have to. I'll be seeing a chiropractor for the rest of my days due to a head on collision (teen crossed double yellow), but it helps with the pain. If I didn't go I'd have to turn my entire body to look sideways.

Alice - when you're done stop by IL & do mine to please

Not a whole bunch going on today, just the usual laundry & working from home. No such thing as a 5 day week anymore. Nice weather today (maybe 40's again) and I'd like to do a little walk someplace just to be out for a bit.

Kathy - keep us informed if you do a look-see on the C class. You & Carrie can they travel in style & your DH will never see you on the weekends!

Have a good day everyone & if you're on the road stay safe.
Cheryl

Good Morning Donna, Ava and all,

Glad you are having such nice weather Donna and I can tell by your posts, that you are feeling so much better. Ava, you sound rested as well. As for me, well, let's just say I'm up. Raising puppy takes a lot of energy as you know  she's sleeping now :D

Little light snow here this morning, just enough to slick up the roads. Have been having a little warming trend, not enough to melt anything per say, but nice nevertheless. Ends today however.

Not much going on here today. Football this afternoon, some jigsaw puzzle work, maybe a dog walk. Yesterday day turned out busier than I expected, helping neighbor put up some barricades to keep snowmobiles out of an area across her drive as well as mine, a trip to town for some stuff and her granddaughters visit to see Molly.

Am starting to think about summer RV trips now. Nothing definite other than the MI GTG in June. Maybe out west, who knows. Maybe will start a thread and see what everybody else might be planning or thinking of doing.

So with that idea in mind, will wish you all a nice day and head for General Talk.

Good morning gals! Just on my way to work.

Donna, have you thought about doing yoga or pilates to keep yourself more flexible? You could supplement your PT with that. Might want to check into that.

As I mentioned on my b-day thread, I decided to use my windfall to pay off 4 credit cards, which now frees up $110 per month, which I can use to pay down the other 3 cards. Also want to get my Jeep paid down since I am still upside down on that loan. If that studio apartment ever gets done and I get moved over there, that will save me another $100 per month which will speed things up too. Not sure they are even working on it anymore tho. :( Need to ask about that.

Sunny and 26* now, heading into the 30's again. Nice! One of the warmest birthdays I can remember (in MN anyways!).

Have a good one! :D

Good morning ladies!

Fish fry day here today! DH likes to cook for everyone so he's frying fish and making goose bbq for sandwiches. We've called all our hunting buddies and a few family members and friends to come over for lunch! We have tables and chairs set up in our garage, that's where we usually have our gatherings.

Had a wonderful gtg with 3 of my friends for pizza and wine on Friday night! Two of them have worked for me and we all know each other from my vet's office so we have lots in common, all are dog lovers and one lady even has a Lab who is my Shooter's great auntie!

Donna, I'm so glad you are enjoying days without pain! It makes it so much easier to deal with life's little problems when you aren't down and out with pain.

Ava, it sure does feel good to get a good night's sleep and feel good when you get up. I second Cheryl's request, can you come and clean my messy house too? (Yes, I know I should be cleaning it myself in case some of my guests come in, oh well...)

Sue, I am so very glad you got your Molly pup. Furry friends are the best medicine!

Cheryl, if by some crazy chance I do get that MH, it probably sleeps more than just 2 ya know! Plenty of room for more camping friends to join us. And my DH doesn't usually see me on weekends now; either he's busy working or I am.

It's "horse week" here at my house--I have 2 horse clients on vacation this week. I started with one yesterday and the other starts tomorrow. Together they go through most of my week. Good horses, not a lot of trouble and nice owners, just my favorite kind of sits! Next month looks very dead as far as sits go, but I'm planning some getaways and get togethers with some new camping friends.

That's about all from my neck of the woods, everyone take care and enjoy your day,
Kathy

Hi Barbie, you snuck in while I was typing I see!
Any day spent in the company of my animals is a good day.

Sunny again today and promising 50! It was pretty warm yesterday but the wind was wicked. Good to hear you feeling better Donna. Keep up the good work, if you can find the right instructor, yoga would be wonderful for you. Wish you were here, I'm starting a gentle yoga class and teaching the way I was taught, doing proper alignment before you move into a pose. Unfortunately not many instructors have that type of training, there seems to be all kinds of yoga. Sue, how well I remember how tired I was when Mitzi was little, the energy!! She still zooms around but I don't have to constantly watch her and she is really good at entertaining herself with her toys when she wears the boys out. Kathy, I hope the RV turns out to be perfect, it is so hard to find a B+ or a small C, I too am looking. Ava if you have a little extra energy send some this way. Barbie congratulations on your windfall and your wise use of your 'windfall'. :)

Off to get ready for church, I seem to always be late which is not a good thing.

Good morning all,

It's been awhile since I've posted and I can see lots have been going on. Happy birthday Barbie and any one else I might have missed.

Glad to hear Donna is feeling better with her back. Ava I know you are on the downhill side on this school year. Dave tells me he has 91 more school days.

I'll be posting on the gtg tomorrow with site numbers etc. I want to make sure I have everyone and the correct dates. I'm getting very excited about meeting everyone!

Good Morning from the Q GTG where others are out walking their dogs and I'm in my jamas having my 2nd cup of coffee - at 10 a.m.. Going to be a lazy day for me as I watch football. Go Seahawks!!

Donna, I am so glad to hear you are feeling better! I don't do well with discomfort. Kathy, always fun to look at rigs! Glad some of you are seeing warmer weather - for now anyway.

My daughter's dog had surgery on Friday and is still at the vet but doing well. He had 17 stones removed. A new diet has been decided on for all three of her dogs.

The balloon festival was great tho I was sorry we weren't at the marina with closer views and better lighting. I stood on the bed with my head out the roof vent for the best view I could get. :D

Hope everyone has a good day!

Good morning
We have sunshine for the 3rd day in a row! If my head wasn't so hopelessly stopped up it could be a perfect day to actually get outside for a while - may do that anyway.
Wishing you all a safe and fun day

Sunny morning but now clouds have moved in. I slept in a little but woke up with a huge sinus headache so started some split pea soup and am just taking it easy. Had planned for a bike ride today but am going to postpone until tomorrow. Will pack up soup in small containers and freeze. Might cook chicken and rice for dinner and do the same. Ate enough stuff that I have room in freezer.

Filled black tank 3/4 with water yesterday and did some driving with swerves and hard stops to slosh things around. Much clearer after dumping but still need to repeat driving of partially filled tank so will go out again on Tuesday for that and laundry of big rugs. Found a laundromat I can get into and that has free WiFi.

Good you are doing right thing, Barbie, but don't forget to call and actually cancel cards or they will send you new ones AND raise your credit limits!! I know because they did that to me several years ago.

Atlantic is calmer today. I have a terrific view from my front window so nice even if I am just sitting in my recliner. 8-)

Judy, try the ice cubes in the tanks, heard that works really well to chop up the crud.

I was told not to cancel credit cards because it can hurt your credit rating. Paid off balances look better on an open card I guess.

Busy, busy day today at work! Guess no one was watching the playoffs. I think everyone is coming out of hibernation with the warm sunny weather! Still 34* tonight.

Have an issue at work I will post about on a new thread. Need advice.

Have a nice night!
