Dream Potatoes? Recipe? I dream about potatoes every once in a while when I'm trying to stick to my low carb diet. Trying being the key word. Please and thank you!

I remember your dreaming of potatoes Sharon at the KS GTG. When Sharon wants a potato somebody better get her one. That must me now so best get her that recipe!

Just got home from work a bit ago. It was a busy day!

It is 14* now with a 4* windchill. Way too early in the season to have temps this cold! Gonna be a loooonnnng winter!

Judy, I hope your grandson will be OK. Juvenile diabetes is serious but treatable.

Anita, hope you find some bears! Take lots of pics!

Carol, will be keeping up with your blog to Mexico. Love reading about your adventures there (not the medical ones tho!) Stay healthy, both of you!

Beth, be really careful when you leave on Tuesday. There have been 5 deaths here on the icy roads over the past several days. Lots of the secondary roads are still very ice covered and slick. I am sure they aren't much better where you are. It is supposed to warm up next weekend so you could always wait a few more days for better road conditions, even tho I know you are chomping at the bit to head south. Just stay safe!

Kathleen, glad you got a surprise visitor today! That is always fun!

I am really thinking seriously about going to Arizona in January for the Q GTG. I can get round trip airfare for just under $200 if I book it soon (Sun Country). Very tempting! I would rent a car but would need a couch to sleep on, if anyone has one available! (I don't take up much room, and I travel and eat lightly! :D ).

Hope you all have a warm cozy night!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Barbie, that would be wonderful if you can get out to Q for the gtg. Remember, it gets pretty cold in the desert so bring some warm clothes. You can always bunk with me if no couch can be found for you. Lyn
