New Plans--Pensylvania and New York

OK, what I have decided to do is to leave my son's house south of Cleveland and drive up the St Lawrence Seaway through Pennsylvania and New York to Maine. I might do a little zigzagging if something away from the seaway is worthwhile.

I will probably come back through the middle or south of PA to Ohio before heading who knows where. Might even drive into Canada and visit some 4th or 5th cousins and maybe even Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island.

So any suggestions for PA and NY?

I'll head south by mid-October. Don't know yet whether that will be southeast or southwest. Probably southwest so I can spend Christmas with California grandkids.

Actually I am talking about next summer, maybe July through September. Spending the winter in Florida where it is supposed to be warm!
