Lady had been worried about the tree earlier - remember to listen to that little voice in your head next time

How scary is that??!!

Yes, listen to that little voice when it warns of danger! Glad they are all OK, including the dogs!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Wow that RV actually did pretty well holding that tree up. My friend Brenda who is on here but does not stop in often (moving out of her house to fulltime), lives in Franklin NC where it happened. Have to ask her if she heard about it or knows them. Glad everyone including dogs are ok.

oh my goodness :o
back when I had my ranch, I had a very large cottonwood tree that was split down the middle and it started
creaking in a storm .... a friend of mine stored her boat on my place and it was under the shade of that big
tree....called her and told her I was nervous about the tree falling, her husband was out of town with the
truck that had the hitch so her son rigged up a chain to the car and they pulled it out from under the tree,
needless to say the tree did fall that night and I'm so glad I listened to that little voice in my head. That tree
fell exactly where her boat used to sit.

wow, scary. In Branson, the campsite we had was under a tree with a large dead limb, other live limbs were holding it up but I parked just out of it's reach should it come down some night.
Any day spent in the company of my animals is a good day.
