I'm confused about dates. I emailed Good Sam last week for the tent dates and got an answer yesterday: January 10 through 18, 2015. Usually there is an ad in the Good Sam section of Motorhome and Trailer Life magazines by now, but I haven't seen one. I'll email the gal back who sent me the info. You'd think Good Sam would know their dates, wouldn't you? I'll post what I discover.

I'm planning to come and Sheila promises to get those Indian tacos ready. Maybe she'll coordinate and tell the rest of us what we should bring for get together dinners? Ever been in the Army, Sheila? You volunteered, right?

According to their website, it's the 17th thru the 25th.

Googled QIA Pow Wow for the dates it is Jan 21-25...usually does overlap and usually is
Tues till Sun afternoon....
I've not been called yet perhaps I won't be :lol:

yes I do volunteer :lol:

and we can of course have Navaho Taco's
and anything else we might want...

Sheila, if they call or you volunteer can you say you need that Saturday off? I think the last weekend would be the best for a gtg. Not saying the gtg can't last longer, etc, but I know Ava could only come on the weekend for a day, and both Anita and I are looking at being elsewhere the first weekend. Just a thought?

Hot off the press date information! The Good Sam District Director replied to my email and apologized for the confusion. GS is at the Balloon event in Havasu the 10th to 18th and she looked at those dates instead of Q to answer my inquiry. The tent IS there Jan. 17 through 25 just as was posted here. Phew! Now we can all make definite plans.

By the way, the director wanted me to encourage any of you who might be in the area the previous week to attend the balloon festival.

Sorry if I confused anyone.

I was considering going this year but a new grandchild is due sometime the latter part of January. So I will be back in Oregon then. Maybe 2016!

Well, I sure wouldn't want you mad at me!!! And I wouldn't want Lyn mad at me....so I send you after Lyn, Lyn and you make it to Q and no one's mad at me!! Win win situation! :mrgreen:

I plan to be in Apache Junction, so should be able to pop over. Will probably be during the week, as I hope to work weekends at the Mesa Marketplace Swap Meet. Hope I can time it for the tacos
