Survival Gear?

Have any of you seen the show with Creek about survival? Anyway, there was a post on FB about using a condom for holding water. Creek has lots of survival uses for a condom. Maybe we should all carry them.

Oh my gosh, Beth, I'm sitting here at 1:30 AM & laughed out loud when I read this. Can't even get to the article yet, just your comment...

I am so glad that there are other uses for condoms since in my world, they're pretty much useless.

Now can't you just see a bunch of us old ladies marching into a drugstore in a group and all of us asking for condoms. Would almost be worth doing it just to see the expression on the clerk's face.

When all of you march in to buy them make sure you tell them you just want the plain Jane condoms. None of that fancy stuff. Come to think of it I suppose the correct term would be Plain John condoms.
My mind works like lightning...one brilliant flash and it's gone.

Actually, rubber gloves would work equally well and might be a bit larger.

Rubber gloves don't fit in the same space nor do they stretch as much. Lol

Speaking of being prepared, Having heard of at least one fulltimer lady who lost her RV to a fire after pulling to edge of freeway with engine trouble. It makes me think it worthwhile to have a GO bag by the main exit door of the RV if one exited quickly for a serious problem. Thinking aBout what might go in that bag, such as copies of important papers, a bit of cash, maybe a change of clothes. 3 days of RX's, an extra leash for pets. What else??
