Moving On from Queretaro, MX

Postby asirimarco » Sun Mar 08, 2009 11:06 am

Just a quick hello to let you all know we are fine and still exploring. Will get things together in the next couple of days and post about them. The RV park here has Internet but it is in the restaurant - so will take me a while to get things done. Bill is chomping at the bit to go to town. We have been in Guadalajara (only a couple of days as we've spent lots of time there before), Guanajuato - WONDERFUL, Hidalgo - (History and SHOPPING) and now in Queretaro. Love it here.
So off to explore now - see you all later - will try catching up on posts. Bill and Carol

Thanks for posting, Carol. I was getting just a tad worried - since you always post when you can. Figured you must have been both busy and without internet. Glad to hear from you and really look forward to your pictures and tales of recent places you've been.

Where are you camped at in Queretaro? Yes glad you checked in and safe and sound. Didn't you just love Guanajuato!!! I loved it there and loved the view at the top overlooking the city.

We are still in Queretaro - enjoying everything to see here. Still trying to catch up. Sometimes the internet works good sometimes NOT.
Jennie we are staying at Juriquilla Hotel and RV it is in Church's book pg 256 but used to be called Azteca. We also stayed here 30 years ago. Its just north of town on 57. Easy to get into and out of. Restaurant and gas station. Any way I'm going to try another post of Guadalajara. We'll see - Will leave here Sunday or Monday - maybe.
