Another Class A Question from My Friend

Postby mitch5252 » Sat Sep 06, 2014 9:08 am

My friend who's looking at a Class A has heard that the best place to buy a motorhome is in Texas (I need to ask her why). Does any know the name of a supposedly HUGE dealer in Texas?

Motorhome Specialist in Alvarado , Tx. You can find them online. Where I bought mine and think Dawn did too.

I was thinking about PPL also. They have a location in Houston and somewhere else I can't remember right now. They sell new and used, I think that's where Liz got hers.

Tell her to check out DeMartini in California. The very best deals on new and used! Trust me on this....Plus they take any reasonable offer just to get rid of their used trade ins.

There's a gorgeous 35ft Gulfstream pusher with a cat 350 2 slides and 19, 550 miles for 69,900...that's less than a gas rig would cost. It has everything....

The other PPL dealership is in New Braunfels, just south of Austin about 50 miles.

While it's not the largest dealer in Texas, Motorhomes of Texas in Nacogdoches is certainly worth a look. Although they deal in a lot of high-end motorhomes, you can find a smattering of just about everything, for decent prices.

PPL?

I was looking there and making plans to go down in December when I happened into my Pace Arrow here in Michigan at my rv place (where I go for winterizing, supplies, repairs, etc.)

Kat & Indi (when are we finally picking it up???)
