things will get better and not to worry about Scout (his little dog). Scout will be fine and when he's able I will deliver. Some rehab places allow pet visits and if thats allowed I can take him for a visit on occassion. Maggie will adjust, she was fine when
I had the two girls and ya never know, it might be good for her too. I'll pick up Scout tomorrow after my surgery, and I'm happy to help. Kennel fees are high and you can rest better Judy.

Yay Ava! I thought it would be you. :D

Hope the rehab helps and he can get more help afterward. There are grocery stores that deliver food to where you live for a small fee. A scooter/chair would be a big help too. I see a lot of them around our little town here. He needs to learn how to live more independently. He would feel better about himself that way too.

Yes, thank you, thank you, thank you, Ava. Foster care is a good idea if it gets to be too much for you.

Good idea about grocery delivery. There was a store near where my mother lived when she was in an independent living facility that would deliver for an extremely low fee--might have even been free.

I would think anyone would feel depressed if they never went outside except for doctors and hospitalizations. Glad winter is coming because at least the weather will be better for him.

And thanks for the caring of all of you.
