Monday..Oh My and it's Morning for Sure !!....Yep, this kind of says it like it is...My Dog with Attitude..even with a sweet rose..don't do the trick..Yucko...Cold and aching.. and I thought we were getting warmer...????? we're going backwards..I mean..talked with hubby last night and Snow was falling and then if that wasn't bad enough...He's not able to make it down in March...SUCKS!! but hey, it could be a lot worse..wait..before I open my big mouth..I best keep quiet...cause ya know how that routine goes... Any way... so my plans are in JELLO
Isn't that how life goes anyway...so on with the show...

I'm feeling better..and thanks for all the kind words and keeping my kitchen clean..You all did a good Job ! I go back to the Dr's for another Cat Scan to make sure my Sinus problem is clearing up...and boy that is a real headache..ouch..don't even want to think about it... Ok, let me take a quick look and see what's happening..

Beth gives us a fitness calculator...oooooooh thanks BETH !

Bluepinecones(Sarah) gives us a Winter Spring Battle... great photos.. but oh my it gives me a chill..turn up that electric blanket ...pretty flowres..shame they are dusted in that white stuff....loved the Daffodil...

NaSoosie..(Soos) oooooooh I know you love that white stuff...brrrrrrr Jack Frost nipping at your nose !! Great photos too... really awesome looking..

MollysMom (Trudy) loved the TV Crushes...you know in the 50's and early 60's lots of families watched TV..and boy there were some good times too..was really great families doing things together..home sweet home..

Sparkle (Jean) did a good job on her home improvement..but ya know Sparky.. I was wondering where that heat vent went too LOL thought ok, she's got it re routed...LOL...Bogie looks really comfy...

Mtngal (Diana) has got the Weight Loss program going...Good luck to all that join in...I'll peak every once in awhile..

Echo...I can't wait to hear about your vacation..and then it will be on to another life style...FANTASTIC !! Your big Mug is waiting

Ok, I'm dragging have to get back in practice and also start doing some art work...fallen way behind too...

Coffee pot will be on and perking...aaaaah that great aroma...and Kettle is filled with water that soon will be singing it's song as well...and I made a Crumb Cake..and have some cinnamon buns...always, always..biscotti...just got a full jar...so come on in and sit a spell... always enjoy the company..

Oh by the way...all you "New Folks" that have joined our forum...sure hope you fill in that info on Who you are..we'd sure like to meet ya..

GOOD MORNING, BARBZEE, AND EVERYONE!!

I LOVE your dog with attitude, and it's just how I feel every Monday that my alarm goes off in the pitch dark dawn! It sure is good to find you up and about in your kitchen this morning, I can tell you! We have missed you. Just hope your sinus infection problems are on the mend, and that you can get back to doing something fun for yourself.

It's just 9 degrees out there this morning, but no sign of any snow yet. I did hear the weatherman predict about 3 to 5 inches for us is possible later today, and I would be happy to see that. I feel really sorry for those in the coastal states of the east, as they are really getting socked! I would LOVE to use another of our 2 remaining snow days, however!

Coffee tastes great here this morning----thanks, Barb! I will pass on all the goodies, however, as my little-as-possible-carbs diet seems to have worked this past week. Now all my whole-grain cracker snacks are sitting idle, getting stale! Sigh!

Keep us posted on the snowy east coast, you all, and if you are traveling, wait for better road conditions! Find something fun to do today, even if you must stay inside, and let us know what it is!!

So nice to have the kitchen back under supervision......you never know when we might get out of hand....Sinus issues? ugh, it makes my head hurt just thinking about that.....Dogs will not be pleased with me today, after a quick cup of tea and munch, munch some sweet something I am sure that I am not suppose to be eating, I am heading off to take part in a "focus group". They pay you to sit and have opinions! After that I get to wander down to the Mall and the Apple Store and participate in a workshop on iPhoto. These are their free workshops, but I am tempted to sign up for their "One on One" package. For $99 you can take up to one session a week for a year. Okay, all you educators know what Tudoring hours cost. It would not take many minutes to get my money worth. They will work with you on any area you want: photos, Web sites, video........See, I don't know enough to know what all the choices might be. Curious minds..... need to be feed and worked regularly.... Well off, to explain to the pups why they will sit alone for awhile today. Enjoy, what ever they weather is, because we all know it will change.....and we will enjoy that too. But now to go warm up the car.

Goooood Morning Sistahs!!!!

WooooBoy it's cold out there! Took Shade out for her first potty run and good grief it's cold, I think the thermometer said right about 12f at 7:15am. Not to even mention the 1/2' of snow we got yesterday and the wind is blowing out there. BRRRRRRRRRRR

Kelly has an appointment at the county clinic at 10:30. I am gonna see if I can find a clinic of some sort to see about starting to get my blood pressure under control and down. Oh Joy!! I've got the phone book out because I'm looking for either a chriopractic clinic or a good therapeutic massage clinic. My back is still killing me. At least one side anyway, down the right side into my right butt cheek and down the back of my right leg. I gobbled Advil yesterday like it was candy and now have to get another bottle of Advil for the house.

Gonna be working on sorting stuff out and getting rid of a whole lot of it. I think we are gonna be busy today. It's quiet here for now. Jenny is gone to work even if she did over sleep and leave here an hour late. David is off to class, don't know if he's got to work or not today.

Ok time to quit playing and go jump into the shower. It'll be safer today cause Kelly cleaned the bathtub so I don't have to worry about going flying today.

Good morning everybody. Barb, glad you're feeling better. I tell ya, that's some dog!

Soos, my daughter near Augusta, GA got your snow day today. She & the kids are planning to go out and play in the white stuff while it lasts.

Me, I'm still prisoner in my stick house, waiting for the handyman to finish that room. Lord, I need patience, and I need it right now!

Too cold to work outside today, at least this morning. No point in cleaning house too much while the dust is still flying.

Good Morning, All....It's pack up day for me.....so I'm looking at laundry, putting stuff in cubbies, wrapping the bubblewrap on stuff that I don't want to break, store the toaster/convection oven, etc....you all know how that goes.... Ernie wants to hit the road early tomorrow morning....Lots of fun!!!

Strange weather around for sure. March seems to have come in like a lion many places. Let's hope the old adage holds true and it goes out like a lamb I'd like that here, also, since it came in cold and windy - I'm hoping for warm and not so windy for my leave taking in a month.

I had a great time with my friends that came to town. I didn't take my own pics, but one of my g/f's did and if/when she sends some on to me, I might share - as it seems, just like when Sparkle was here, my friends like to catch ME in the act of everything. I guess that's the problem when you let others take the pictures. LOL But, I'll share when I see them - maybe.

Good rainy Monday from the West Coast! We had big rain yesterday afternoon and more forecast for rest of week. I put an "over-nighter" in my fireplace so house is toasty warm this morning. Not like having central heat, but I love my fire.

Yesterday morning before rain I worked in yard, final clean-up following lose of two big oaks last fall, AND did a first cutting on grass inside fences. Today it's a final push to finish taxes and then my full attention to retirement party for my sister on Saturday. Busy week!

Zee so glad to have you back and posting. Sinuses can knock ya for a loop!

Still snowing here in MD. I'm right along the I95 corridor so we are getting a significant amount of snowfall. GD is happy, school is closed. I think we probably have about 5 inches out there and I'm not sure if it is still snowing or just blowing as the wind has picked up. When it stops I'll go out there and see about cleaning off the jeep and shoveling a path from the front door to the jeep. I have 4wd so I'm not worried about the driveway...And I have a neighbor who has a 4wheeler with a plow who usually comes along and does everyone's driveways. I used to shovel it when Dad was alive because he would insist on walking down to the mailbox or taking a walk! I have a new employee who was supposed to start work today. She called this morning and I told her the same thing I tell all the employees...if you don't feel safe on the roads, stay home. No sense trying to get to work if it isn't safe. There isn't anything that can't wait.

Hope everyone has a warm safe day. Beth, I'm with you on the Lion/Lamb thing. I"m hoping this is the last of the snow for this season. This is way more than enough for me!
