Fitness Calculator

OK, for those of you dieting now - or who might want to in the future - I found this calculator that I hated doing but think the results are pretty accurate for me - and it explains each part:

Fitness Calculator

A lot of pics at the top of the page had red x's for me tonight- but I was still able to scroll down and fill out the part to get the calculations. It shows me that I don't have to lose as much as I want to - but I do need to work on my fat ratio - even after losing - so need to work on different exercises, I guess.

Ok, I'm just sharing..
I did the test and it said my weight is fine, but with my mostly sedentary lifestyle it said I need to be eating 1880 Cal a day. My weight loss place, Healthy Weigh, just did a seminar on 'calorie math' and according to what they said, and if what they told me is true, if it ate 1880 cal a day I would gain weight up to 188 lbs!

I can't imagine being able to eat that many calories LOL - but I wouldn't use this test as the only answer. It's just one more guideline - and actually told me to eat less than others have always told me I can eat (and the others have always been wrong). So, I liked that part. It also showed me what I've always known - that my fat ratio is too high - no matter what my weight.
