Thanks to you all for my UN-birthday wishes!! My birthday snuck by way back in early January, and I noticed it was when Anita joined as I was reading her intro! I KNEW I shouldn't have mentioned it, but didn't realize THIS would happen! This year was just another day for me, but next year------GULP! It will be a milestone for me, and I hope to pass it by with grace!

Sorry abut the confusion-----I won't do anything like that again! I just couldn't help but notice that date next to Anita's post!

But I DO love the birthday butterflies, Liz! And Barbzee's sick-bed stuff!!! How sweet of you all to remember!

P.S.----I will consider this to be my next year's birthday wishes, so I won't have to be reminded of it! What a GREAT way to pass a milestone----a year, or so, early!

Soos, don't know what milestone you'll reach next year but on my 65th birthday I got a tattoo on my inner wrist of a Cherokee butterfly which means "strong woman". The poor young tattoo guy here in my little town almost died of shock when I walked in.

Sorry I'm late with the UN-Birthday wishes....but wanted to add mine... Happy Un-Birthday, Soos!!!

A little story about January born kids....Our son, Bill's birthday is Jan. 7th....when he was little he complained that he just couldn't have a good birthday party cause it was in the winter....so every year from the age of 7 thru 11 we did an un-birthday party in August....picnics, campouts with his friends, etc....he loved it.....we started doing it again last year cause we are gone for the winter months....and what is really nice, is that our DIL is a Dec. baby and the grandkids are all Jan. babies....the grandkids loved it!! We had cake, hot dogs over the campfire, and gave Dollar store gifts to the grandkids ( cause we send the Birthday gifts on the real birthdays.)....and gave the adults PA Lottery tickets....

Don't know if this should be a belated un-birthday wish or a BIG MILE STONE EARLY HAPPY BIRTHDAY for the coming year. Either way, hope both days are/were great.
