I can have beef, chicken, turkey, zucchini, summer squash, corn, potatoes, eggs, american cheese, pancakes, unenriched pasta, rice, flour, salt, oil, butter, Aquafina, cheap vanilla ice cream (whey is good) with a small amount of chocolate and grilled cheese sandwich.
To a lesser degree I can have Boarshead all natural uncured ham, muenster cheese and iceberg lettuce. And oatmeal.
That's pretty much it. No spices seasonings, herbs, flavorings, sauces.
