Last Thursday in May

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Last Thursday in May

Postby Irmi » Thu May 29, 2014 4:35 am

Good morning everyone!

It's cool in MD this morning and it looks like it'll remain that way all day but we'll get back into the low 70's tomorrow.

My sister, who has been staying the last two nights at the hospital, called about 4:45 this morning to let me know Dad died, but he's in heaven now dancing with Mom. Most of the family were in his room all day yesterday and he knew we were there. Yesterday was a rough day for him, so I'm glad he didn't have to suffer any longer than he did. There will be a lot going on here for the next few days, so I'll be thinking about all of you. Take care.

Irmi, I am so sorry, but you are right, he is now dancing in heaven with his bride and seeing majestic things that we can only imagine. May God give your family strength to deal with the next few days and fill your minds with the happy memories instead of his suffering at the end.

Saddened to hear hear your news but the pain of loss is borne by those left behind. There is dancing to be done above. May your family move through the next days with the strength and grace they need and celebrate your father's life and memory and the wonderful legacy of family he is a part of......

I'm so sorry for your loss, Irmi. It's hard to lose such an important part of your life. Dancing is good, even in grief -- maybe especially in grief.
