so we took the truck and went to Jackson went up to the park (when you are from Jackson that means only one thing Grand Teton National Park or GTNP) got almost to the visitor center when my dd called and had Sandi answer the phone as I shouldn't while driving. Was told to call back when I could which I did...when we had stopped at DD's work she was waiting on a lady then she left and I introduced Sandi to DD then went on our way my mom wasn't home so we headed north...anyway dd's problem was that the lady (she works in a propane store) had taken an empty tank instead of the filled one ...they can't bring the filled ones into the store..so it was on the floor by the door..and she had been getting a new hose or something so they were trying it on a empty tank and she just left with the empty one..when it was discovered dd called to see if I was still in town nope at Moose so she asked if I could drive over to Jenny lake campgrounds and see if I can find the lady in a ugly black 70's van with a heavy accent...sure dd I can do that...so we do go to the campground snow across the road in lots of places but there were tracks going through so thought if they can I can and we did didn't even get stuck should have gotten pictures though....and I'm sitting there thinking you are so in deep do do if I get stuck .
Finally stopped at the camp host and started to tell her the problem as I hadn't found her ...she knew who I was talking about so wrote out a note...guess when she got there she said with a big smile got it fixed!!! the camp host said nope it's not yet but will be soon!! so the host brought the empty tank in and got the filled one she went beyond the description of camp host...
then we went to the lakes Liz you are going to love to put your kayaks in there...
just made a big loop even scrounged up a female moose a long ways away though and lots of bison..stopped at my old home and even saw my mom
and had lunch big day beautiful weather enjoyed the company and just generally a good day
I enjoy taking people around so as I've said if in the area we will take a day
