Hi Karen. You've been in my thoughts lately. Hope all is well. I'm going north and then west. Don't yet know for how long or how far or much of anything else. The Northwest is still a possiblity, but I just might stop once I reach the New Mexico Mountains. Considering trying a month in one place. Can't leave until mid-May.

Nikki, have you considered Palo Duro Canyom?

I was going to suggest Palo Duro Canyon State Park too. The play they put on every summer is great. http://www.texas-show.com/tickets.html There is also a wonderful museum in town. It has something for everyone. http://www.panhandleplains.org/pages/home.asp
