I've seen a full-length video about this fellow and his project; I think it was on Netflix.

I've met him a few times...very interesting and very religous man. Religious in a good way, not an in your face way. A very quiet and unassuming man. My DH was very fond of him and took paint out to him a few times.
Only Irish coffee provides in a single glass all four essential food groups: alcohol, caffeine, sugar and fat.

He was a very interesting man with a simple message.
