Ok... I guess there's always a first time.

Good morning everyone!
Woke up extra early this morming. Staying home to see if they come to take down that tree so thought I'd have my coffee & visit a bit.

I think spring is really here - I had to turn my ceiling fan on last night & left the window open a bit. Only down to 61 with thunderstorms this morning (nothing better than the rumble of thunder & the fantastic clean air after the storm passes).

Pretty sure they won't come out for the tree this morning, but need to stick around & call them to find out when they can come. Lots of high winds lately have them pretty busy with big limbs down around town.

Got the minivan washed & waxed yesterday. First time ever waxing a car! See, we can learn new tricks. It wasn't tough, just tedious. Need an overcast day to tackle the big van.

Going to get another cup of coffee & warm up some quiche. Swing on by if you'd like some.

Morning Catherine and everyone,

The quiche sounds good. I'll be right over Gee, you are so ambitious with your waxing, how about coming over here and doing my truck. Plenty of sunshine here at the 45th this morning. Supposed to be in the 50's today. Was beautiful yesterday too and snow is starting to melt down. Rain heading in tonight, so we are getting there slow but sure.

Nothing much on agenda today. Few errands and might open my TT and see how it survived the long cold winter. Won't take it's cover off yet though as winter can return. Keeps it nice and clean anyway.

Dug Ms. Sassy a path through some waist high snow on my deck yesterday to give her an alternative way off since her other "potty grounds" are were under water and all ice for the past few days. She took advantage of that this morning and actually found out that she can go up on top of the snow from there, so she's walking all over the yard now. Well, in the morning anyway. Afternoon will soften it up. Her horizons are greatly expanded now. But she has the bare ground over the septic tank for another potty area. Hmm, maybe I should l should just take the little round cover off the tank and let her use it for a potty

Ava, I'm so happy for you, getting ready to move into your 5er and having a life of freedom on your own and more room to move around too. Barbie, in reference to my coffee post on Friday, I don't know who Tim is or where's he's flying to either

Good Morning !! Hope everyone is doing ok, know we have loads of newbies, Welcome all !! Many are a year older(don't you love me saying it that way LOL ) Hope you ALL had really a GREAT day on your Special day !!

I'm on leave from any dr app until the 8th, gives me a chance to get the use of my right eye back. Can wear my glasses again which is a big help. So situation is improving here, have accepted fact I will soon be without drivers license , so hopefully the 8th another surgery date can be set and I won't totally stress out as before, no time limits now, just get it done !!! Then tackle the long list of problems that have popped up because I thought 3 months was plenty long enough to get rid of my cataracts, doesn't pay to think sometimes LOL

I have a friend visiting Wed, one whom I had planned to park in her yard and have a nice visit this winter. So she is coming here, looking forward to the day. Think this is the longest I have been in one spot for a very long time, and have several more weeks here, so to use the phrase "STIR CRAZY" is so mild as to not apply at all !!!!

Hey. Catherine, when you finish Sue's touck, my RV is in a bad way in this Florida sun, needs a good wash and wax . Hmm maybe we should get in front of the line, sorry Sue !!

Those who have been ill, allergies seem to be biggest problem, hope you all are feeling better soon, those traveling, stay safe and enjoy the heck out of it, hope your travels allow time to stop and smell the roses !!! If not, make time !!,

Good Morning everyone... last day here in Ocala... have so much to do and no energy to match it... Maybe the coffee will help... chilly inside and out this morning...
I will be glad to get on the road toward home... not sure how long it will take me as it has been two years since I drove the MH... first thing will be to get lp filled up... will only go about 50 to 75 miles tomorrow...
Ava time is moving and then you will be moving too!! It has been such a long wait but you made it...
Sue that much snow still on the ground is a huge ugh!!
CArol things will soon come together for you and it will be another memory!!
Catherine you will have a line up for waxing jobs soon... good job... glad you got it all done...

Heading back to Tucson today to await the dealers call that they have everything needed. Stayed up way too late last night and struggling to get moving today. Will get going soon and get one last hike in here, then dump time, refill fresh tank and off we go.

Cloudy and rainy here this morning. Yesterday was beautiful, 60 and sunny! Everyone was in a good mood at work. Lots of families coming in for haircuts after just getting home from spring break trips down south. Many planning outdoor cookouts for the afternoon or evening. Heavy rain and some snow coming for the rest of the week here.

Been saving up all my tips this week to try and come up with enough money to pay for the kayak I ordered. Haven't canceled the order yet and it hasn't come into my local Walmart yet so I have a few more days to get the money saved up before having to pick it up.

Had fun pet sitting for my brother. His cat, Sam, and his golden retriever, Dixie, both slept with me. In the morning I got up to let Dixie outside. She always has to have a toy in her mouth when she goes outside. I saw her run past me out the door with what I first thought was a black fuzzy toy, but when I got a better look, she had my socks in her mouth! I told her she better bring them back cause I needed them to wear home! Luckily, she still had them in her mouth when she came back from her potty break!
