I gave up and went to plastic glasses for my wine. I kept breaking the glass ones in the sink not the cupboards.

Beg, borrow or steal a video camera and tape your walkthru. I think all of us thought we were "getting it" only to find that we only remembered half of what they told us. Be sure they give you all the manuals. When I got my rig I took it about five miles away to camp for the weekend and try out everything. Good thing I was close: forgot the dog food and my meds.

The best is yet to come. My daughter now starts conversations with me by saying, "Where are you?"

Sparkle, once my electric water heat cut out ... and they just replaced the heating element. Not an expensive fix. I was delighted.

I have bubble wrap bags that I slip the glasses into. Also had them for the liquor bottles until I went to Mexico and they provide you with these neat plastic net wraps.
