Good morning everyone!

The coffee is ready, I also have chocolate milk and pineapple juice, so please help yourself.

It's 58 degrees in Ocala and we'll get into the high 70's today. There's even a chance we might see the sun today. We've had lots of gray, overcast skies lately.

It's been fun reading about the GTG's others have had and still going on. For those on the road, please stay safe. Have a good day everyone!

Good morning Irmi, well ladies I am moving home, had rented my house out but they were having money issues (aren't we all), the good news is I now have room (since I will no longer be in a campgroundfor all my hopefully new friends and well all my friends to stop by and overnight and socialize. So if anyone is passing through Monticello, FL off I 10 give me a shout and come hang out. Ok, well so Irmi, I see you have coffee, juice but where is the bacon and eggs? just curious. Good morning all.

Irmi, a cup of coffee sounds great. Thank you. We have had a few days of sun and warmer temps, now cold again and snow flurries. At least lots of the snow piles melted...room for more, I suppose! Encouraging that this is the last week of Feb! A week closer to spring! I can hardly wait to get out in the yard again and clean up the winter mess. It's always a race to get all the "stuff" the plows put all over the road off the front yard before the street sweeper comes by to pick it up off the side of the road, timing is everything! This year it looks like I'll need to shovel it instead of just raking it back onto the road. And my windows on the front porch are filthy from all the road grime, I actually look forward to be able to get out and clean them! It means it's getting warmer. Ok, I'll have that cup of coffee now and then get my day started. Obviously inside chores today! Be safe and stay warm, everyone.

Yikes! It is -12 below with a -30 below windchill right now!!! I am SO sick of this!! When will it ever end??

All the ice houses have moved off this small bay because the ice is so thick (3 feet+) that the fish have moved out into deeper water in bigger bays. We sure won't have a problem with low water levels this spring tho with all the snow we've had and I'm sure more coming.

Luckily, I have those of you in warmer places that I can visit vicariously!

I think I will make a waffle for breakfast. Have a nice day and stay warm (or enjoy the warmth where you are for the rest of us up north!)

We're down right balmy at 20 degrees. On the bright side the freeze stopped the flooding so the rivers have a chance to catch up. When your city has 3 rivers in it flooding is always on your mind. Working the afternoon shift is a bummer but in a couple of weeks should be back on days

Probably wishful thinking but we got the pickup dug out (2 4' high snow banks) and to the shop for an oil change and spring inspection (nothing official like in some states) to ensure everything will be ready to go when the weather decides to cooperate.

Looks like another gorgeous day in SoCal. Not much going on here, I took the rental car yesterday and they kept the jeep. Got a call and the repairs should be finished by next Wed. Geico bent over backwards yesterday to make me happy. Amazing. They had a Chrysler 200 there waiting for me but if I didn't like that I could drive over to the lot and change it. She said they couldn't keep a Charger on the lot, as soon as one came in it goes right back out again. People rent them just to drive around in. This one is fine, it's got all the stuff the jeep has except for sat radio and I'm pretty sure I can live without it for a week. Sure is strange driving an actual car after driving a jeep, a truck and an rv for so long. The only thing I was concerned about was did it have an electric seat so I could see over the steering wheel. It does. Not much else going on here, guy is supposed to be here tomorrow to finish the repairs on Hope where I tried to mangle her. Hope so. Then I can finish cleaning her and park her out back and out of my driveway. Hope everyone has a great day today!

I think I did a better job of not laughing the first time. I remembered that photo op and Jenny and Liz graciously became prisoners for it.
