Mornin' Ladies,

Yes we are expecting a heat wave the coming week. In the mid 30's today and they are talking 50's by next weekend!!!! Anything is better than these mutliple polar vortexes & snow pattern that has been repeating for the last few months.

Chicago RV show tomorrow - woohoo!! Anyone have a lottery ticket they haven't cashed in yet for about $100 G's? Well probably better I don't have the full cash right now.

Have a great day everyone!
Cheryl

Good Morning Cheryl and all,

Sounds like you are indeed in for a "heat wave" Cheryl. And I'm sure it will feel great. We won't see that kind of weather up here for at least another month. Probably better with all the snow here. Too much rapid melting and the refreeze to ice. Better to let it come gradually, not that I wouldn't love being out in it. But we are due for some 30 degree weather next week. I'll take it :)

Such a mess in the southeast right now. Can't imagine why anybody would even want to get out on the roads when they are being asked to stay home. You just can't drive in that stuff. If those of us who are used to slick roads will not venture out in those conditions unless it's an absolute necessity. But for those of you who are in it, especially Sarah's area, don't worry too much about your water pipes. It takes a prolonged spell of cold water to cause them to freeze and break. You won't have the cold that long.

Sounds like fun going on out in AZ and other places. Folks starting to dream about summer and trips, looking at RV's, heading to RV shows, making plans etc. Spring must be in the air. Longer days, warmer sun. Just noticed yesterday that time changes again in 3 weeks from this Sunday. That definitely means longer days to be out enjoying.

House projects continue today Day off yesterday. Running errands and so forth. Got a picture custom framed for my kitchen/dining area, so will be putting that up today. Will be finishing up the last of the woodwork projects today. Then can put tools and such away, get ready for painting of bedrooms and so forth. Am also waiting call from truck dealer about possibility of new (well used, but new to me) truck to pull TT with. They may take over Flex and sell it then I will be out from under lease payments.

So best get moving around here if I want to get things done. Will post some pictures after I finish. Have a great day all.

Good morning all. Another snowy day in central PA. The good news is that we aren't in the main path of this storm. Apparently east of here will get lots more than us. I am so over this winter, hope we really get some warmer temps next week. I'm running out of places to put the snow, house on one side and fence on the other side of the driveway with just a narrow area to throw snow! Sister in law had frozen pipes yesterday, first time ever for that to happen in the 7 years she has been here. She put some more heat in the area and by early afternoon she was okay. Whew, crisis averted! But it made us both sad too. My DH was our go to person for these things and although we handled it we both felt his absence.
Been trying to get some projects done here in the house and this is a good day to get to a couple of them. Got some hooks to put up in the bathroom upstairs once I decide where to put them. I'll think about it while I clean the dog hair off the steps. Work my way back upstairs! For now another cup of coffee and munch on the beautiful sweet orange I got the other day. Stay safe everyone and have a wonderful day.

Ha Cheryl I'm right there with ya! How funny is it that we're celebrating 30 degrees! All this cold and snow has made my job nearly impossible-I work outside each day-running a petsitting/dog walking company. I'm wondering what kind of flooding we can look forward to when all this white stuff begins to melt.
Any day spent in the company of my animals is a good day.

It is so nice to see the sun again. Should be around for approx a week. I hope. All of you in the storm stay warm and safe. Spent yesterday at dealer. Hydraulic fluid is leaking from somewhere. Just to find the source they had to remove the 5 ft long propane tank. To get to one of the tank bolts they had to cut a hole in the metal side wall of the pass through storage bay. The leak is coming from a Hydraulic RAM. The one that pushes out/ pulls back the very large super slide. Tiffin has to special order the part from HWH hydraulics. HWH has to custom make the part. I made them put the door to the propane bay back on and make RED driveable. So we can still go some where to enjoy the sun shine. We'll be good as long as we have electricity! :-) Everyone stay safe and warm.

Mother Nature pulled a fast one on us up here. High today was forecast to be 28 degrees so everyone was all excited about a nice warm day finally...well that 28 degrees was a 8 am this morning and then the wind really started blowing hard and the temps dropped thru out the day and it is now 7 degrees with a -9 windchill  So much for a nice warm day!

Got my tent today so will see if I have room to set it up in my living room and check it out! :D

Hope you all had a good day and are safe and warm tonight!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)
