I have enjoyed being here, but my allergies have kicked me little behind. So I have spent a lot of time down, can't wait to get my injection and get this stuff under control.

But this loose gathering has worked quite well, we have had people stop over, enjoy a visit . Think this has been a great idea.

Nan had the only camera during visit yesterday. She did get a couple of shots but don't think she has felt like sharing.
I'll try to remember to take my camera over tomorrow. Nan will be leaving in the morning.

It's been super fun for me to finally meet other solo female RV-ers. In the past 4 years, I had only met 3 other solo female RV-ers (in person), but I had heard rumors they do exist.

I am thinking of trying to put together an "official" get together next winter, that way those that want to attend could get reservations early but if you are like me, it's hard to plan so far ahead when one likes to careen around randomly. But one thing is for sure, I don't like to be cold in the winter, so I will be back in Florida next winter in all likelihood.

If anyone else is coming to Wickham Park before March 15th, let me know!

I'm a newbie and planning my first adventure over the next long weekend. I live in Sanford, FL just an hour and half from you. If I can make it, I'll try for early evening Feb. 14. Are you pulling out on the 15th or the 16th?

Hopefully she will see this and confirm but I believe DearMissMermaid has extended her stay here at Wickham until March 15.

I have to leave for a few days as of Monday, 2/10 but I plan to call office in the morning to see if I can get back in the following week.

I managed to make the walk over to MissMermaid's site. With the short cut she told me about it was not too bad. Know it would not be any challenge to the rest of you but for me it was an achievement.
I've even got a few photos for you to prove I was there.

First of all, meet Harley. He shares his space with Cynthia (DearMissMermaid). Harley is a real bundle of energy and difficult to photograph as not still much>


Shortly after I got to Cynthia's site, Donna (Grammymaggie) and her sister stopped for a brief visit. They borrowed her father's car to come visit today.

The heavy cloud cover lingered all day so no sun shine. However, it was a little warmer than yesterday so being outside from mid day to about 3:00 was tolerable with a light jacket. Think we will have rain tomorrow but a pretty day Sunday.
