Melissa, I sure liked the one with the island bed you posted. That's quite a unit!

Not sure how to properly express this so please bare with me.

There were drivers who lived in their trucks (sent months on the road) and there were drivers who camped in their trucks (threw in a bag and went for a couple of days). It's a matter of how you set things up to be comfortable and tolerable. Everyone is different so that is a fluid concept. Something to be aware of is what is acceptable or tolerable for a couple days of camping become a pain in the backside when it's daily life. When you are looking at rigs and say I can live with that, be sure your in living with it mode and not camping mode. I hope that makes sense.

Sometimes it's the oddest thing that causes us to dislike a RV.

Good luck in the search.

Melissa, you describe exactly what I experienced when I bought my second Roadtrek last June. I was in the camping mode and it was perfect. Now that I'm into extended trips of maybe a year, things are different!
