Monday, Monday!

Let's start our day with a good morning here.

Monday, Monday!

Wow, everyone is still asleep?

Beautiful sunny day here this morning at 23 degrees. However, we are in for some snow, 2-4 inches tonight.

I am going to a hair cutting class this afternoon. Getting some tips on how to layer long hair. Should be interesting. Hopefully, will get home before the snow starts. The class is out by the airport next to the Mall of America, so a long drive for me (and my co-worker who is going with me).

Hope things are going well, for you all, and sending prayers for those who need them on here, as well.

Have a good one! :D

Wow, where is everybody? We had heavy rain last night, but it's moved past us and the sun is trying to come out. Heads up eastern folk, it's headed your way! Not much going on here today except getting paperwork ready for Ronnie's annual physical tomorrow. Sarah, what's the latest on your niece?

I'm moving slow here too. The rain started last night about 2:00 and the thunder and storm door banging woke me up. Had to get up and latch the door and then couldn't go back to sleep for along time. I woke up this morning with a headache, probably from lack of sleep. The sun is finally trying to come out.

I thought about going to the local lumber company to see how much the floor tile I want is. The floor company quoted me over double what it shows on the computer. My son could do it but he stays busy so haven't decided if I want to get into all that. I have to go to Lafayette tomorrow so will wait until then.

We are having an infestation of Lady Bugs. They are entertaining the cats.

No sunshine here today - just chilly (cold to me) rain. No severe weather but it sure is a long way from nice.

I spent most of afternoon at eye doctor; first detail check up in a while. Some signs of early macular degeneration but otherwise okay. He added a medicine to my short but growing list: Ocuvite 50+, says it sometimes slows progress. Also got new prescription for glasses but he said it is only slightly different and if current glasses doing the job I didn't have to be in any hurry to get new glasses.

After 5 days in ICU, the most encouraging news doctor has been able to offer is that niece has not gotten any worse.
