Loreto Adventures, Part 1

Postby BirdbyBird » Sun Jan 12, 2014 12:11 am

I just saw Liz's post for today. I am behind but since I haven't taken many pictures lately maybe I can catch up by skipping a town or two. There are so many thing that we see in any day and I know that my pictures are only fragments of the whole but if you ever catch me with my computer you are welcome to tap through all that don't get up loaded.

Audrey as a street walker! Silly girl. Great post Tina. Loved the trimmed trees as arches.

You may have answered this questions somewhere else, but what camera do you have that takes pics underwater? (Liz - feel free to answer also) Thanks!

My camera is a water proof (to 16ft) and shock proof (5 foot drop) Olympus that has underwater settings. I like what it does but sometimes miss that it doesn't have the greater zoom quality that Liz and Beth have with there bigger cameras. And if this has one of those multiple pics per second settings like Liz uses to catch the impossibly fast action of the whales, etc, I have not stumbled upon it. :)

The benefits of this camera is that it I break it or lose it I won't cry all that long, but can replace it. :o :)

I am so impressed to see all that you ladies are doing. You are really getting out there and getting involved in the environment instead of just sitting around. You are truly making it an adventure. What a trip! Makes me antsy to get going somewhere...anywhere.

Keep the pictures coming so we can live vicariously through your adventures.

Great underwater pics and lava rock pics!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

I have essentially the same as Tina for underwater pics, but I think mine may be an older version. I only use it for underwater.
