Hey! Where is everyone? The fire was almost out - had to borrow some of my neighbors wood to get it going again. Brought some churros for all. Get them while they're still warm.....

Here's some more firewood for that blaze! And I like the idea of a shelter!!! How I wish I could really sit around a fire with a bunch of you----I so miss campfires. Can't WAIT for spring to spring here!

Keep this fire going, y'all.....I'll be visiting it a lot this coming month as, perhaps, winter might wind down a bit!

I took a couple of pictures of the fire in my chiminea last night and if I get the chance I'll post them here. It looked pretty, but unless you put your arse right up to the opening, the chiminea doesn't put off much heat! Not when it's 25 degrees outside!!!

Maybe I'll get back here later for a beer and to post those pictures!

A shelter is a great idea!! Who ever thought this campfire would last this long!! We need a shelter for sure this morning. It is raining here. Maybe Ernie will give us a hand. I threw some more wood on the fire and I'm fixing a pot of oatmeal to warm us up!!! Got the hot chocolate going too!!

I'm here,.... and just added some wood to the fire. I have a pot of chili starting to simmer on the tripod hanging over the fire,.... so come on back in a little while for a bowl of chili!

The cover could look something like a teepee so the smoke would go out the hole in the top and we still have the sides opened so we feel the coolness. I think I need on of those beers so I guess it's 108 left, oh what the heck, let's make it two so that 107 left on the old wall.

Oh, Ernie, we need a shelf around the low hanging wall to put the beer on and then we need some pretty containers to put our recycle bins for the empty bottles. Oh, & Ernie...

I just threw on some more wood, and I snapped open a beer! Hope to get warm here before bedtime, and maybe read some more mind-stimulating words of wisdom and advice from all of you!

Sigh.....Molly loves the fire, too!
