Good morning & Merry Christmas everyone!

We made it to Darien GA yesterday afternoon and it is so nice to have temperatures above freezing unlike our home in MD. We're going to stay here until tomorrow and then will make our way to our winter home in Ocala.

Wishing the best to the Baja ladies crossing the border! Can't wait to hear your reports.

No goodies here yet, sorry. Late night and I'm just on my morning coffee, I'll fix you a cup ! Little ones are not up yet, to excited to go to sleep, so later waking. Just as well, my DD is sooooo sick !! Waiting for her to call me, before going in, the more rest she gets the more she might enjoy the day , I hope.

Merry Christmas from still dark SoCal! Sitting here with my coffee waiting for the family to get up. I was exhausted last nite and ended up asleep by 8:30, so up at 0dark30 this morning. Kids are smoking a turkey and I made the dressing and brought these beautiful baby squashes I forgot to make when the Baja Babes were here. Dinner is going to be fabulous!

Good to see you post Irmi… I will see you sometime the end of the week… Carol you will have a fun time with grandchildren!
I am fixing an apple crisp/cobbler for the pot luck here at 4pm… We had a nice gathering at Thanksgiving so am looking forward to this one also…
The mattress is wet so it is still outside… Molly let me use a tarp to cover it and we put it on its side… I am hoping it will be ok… I would have taken it out before I left home if I had thought about it…
I will finish looking over things here then start peeling apples…

Having son & granddaughter over today. Thought I was going to get out of making a meal, but glad now that I am. Hopefully next year, I'll celebrate in CA - or get all the kids home.
We do have a white Christmas in Kansas (leftover from the weekend) - looking forward to getting to the 30s today.

Merry Christmas everyone. just had the best surprise Christmas present ever. Woke up and my younger son was in the living room sitting under the tree. DH flew him out from Hawaii to surprise me. I have my younger 2 kids with me for 5 days now. What an awesome present. Everyone have a great day. Stay warm and safe. Aloha

Merry Christmas morning from St. Marys, GA....



Tried to get Spinner to wear his Santa Hat yesterday, but he wasn't happy with it on his head...so he went for a walk with it like this...

We have had a nice Christmas so far....Ernie got me a new PhotoStitch CD for the computer so I can do more counted Cross-stitch this year...lost my other one when we got our new laptop last year...also a new lined hoodie for dog walking, etc....a new sweater, and "Hello Kitty" PJs.....my niece, Marj, in CA is going to be so jealous...

Ernie got a new flannel shirt, sweater, and polo shirt from Spinner & me....all in shades of blue...had to do a change up this year in color...

Then Santa brought Spinner a stocking full of squeaky toys...best $5 ever spent for 45 minutes of "Spinner obsession of tearing out squeakers"...all he had left is the cloth tug toy....no squeaker in that....



Am making my Great-grandma's Swedish meatballs with lingonberries sauce on the side for the Pot Luck dinner this afternoon...
