Wow, Liz - you stayed at a park I've never gone to - you went with Alice somewhere I haven't been for years (pre-rving) and you went horseback riding - something you won't catch me doing lol. Loved traveling with you.

What a fun stop Liz. Interesting that the home was lined up with the solstices, similar to Stonehenge and the rut for mounting the horses. hmm maybe I better keep my chaps instead of donating them when I downsize ;)

It was fabulous, and of course Tina and Liz are delightful. Certainly hope I
didn't drive them nuts with my constant chatter. I've been known amongst
family to not shut up sometimes.
I have promised myself when I get my mh, that I will absolutely get to know
Arizona properly.

What a great post! Looks like you had a really fun, busy visit with Ava. The sunset horseback ride looked wonderful, except the horse was taking the outside 'lane' and I noticed there was quite a drop off ACK don't look down!

Instead of looking for cowboys, you became cowgirls!!! What fun...what great pics...thanks for posting Liz.
You won't catch me up on one of those critters either. I'm afraid of horses...altho I like to look at them from a distance. lyn

What a fun time! I would love the horseback riding! Those sunset photos are amazing! Almost look like paintings!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Thanks, Liz! I have been wondering how to spend time next winter and I believe I'll have to explore some of these places - no horses tho. I envy you the mule trip at Grand Canyon, but not something I can do comfortably.
