Good Morning from the U.P. too,
Not a bad morning out. Seems a tad warmer, maybe cause the wind is calm. One thing about the weather in this area, with the winds blowing the way they have, it's been very cold wind chill wise, but no snow to speak of other than some light dustings at night which have probably totaled about an inch all week. Had I stayed home for Christmas, I would be dealing with the cold and a mess of lake effect snow that needs blowing almost every day. So I'm glad I'm here. Maybe condo life in the winter isn't so bad.
Barbie, do you have forced air in your apt.? Some complex's have individual furnaces in each unit and others have one for the entire place. You seen to have this constant cold hanging on and I wondered perhaps if filters need changing. You might have an allergy to something, maybe even your pets sorry to say. Just a thought. And yes, we may warm up into the mid 20's early next week. Darn it, I didn't bring my shorts along either
Sounds like everybody's in the winter doldrums already and it's only mid December. Another big storm heading across the middle states. Might be the "perfect storm" for NE they are saying. Gonna be nice when we start heading to spring and start talking about RVing and trips etc., which this forum is really about. right now, who can get interested in that other than those in FL or the Baja bunch.
So who's decorated for Christmas alreadyd? I need to put up my tree and lights in here. Maybe this weekend. Right now having a debate as to whether or not to head for Marquette. Would like to go bum Menard's and maybe Gander Mountain. Weather looks okay for traveling, course I'm used to that anyway.
Have a nice day everyone, keep warm, keep safe, enjoy your travels if on the road down south, etc. etc.
