The afternoons on BF aren't nearly as bad as the morning. People are done with the crazy shopping early for the best bargains. You should be good to go!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Now I'm too tired to good... Cleaned house in prep for moving to FL.....But now we're going to stay here for Dec....cause they had a cancellation for our site..... We had asked to extend another month, but at the time it was booked....well, this morning the owner told us that those folks had called and cancelled, and asked if we would still like to stay...so we jumped on it....so we'll be here until Jan. 1st then move on back up I-95 to our friends backyard for awhile, then onto Ft. Stewart, GA until May....we're happy about it cause we just didn't feel like doing alot of moving this year....anyway, now that the house work is done, I'm just going to play on here, then maybe a nap....Later, all....
My shopping buddy is on vacation with her family in Mexico. She is the only one that could get me out today. It took me 2 days to read all the sale papers in yesterdays paper. The only thing I would like to have is one of the over size fleece throws that Kohl's has in the winter time but not enough to drive to Lafayette. I need to exchange a GFI plug that I got at Lowe's for my motorhome. I had one that kept tripping and wanted my son to change it. They have 15 and 20 amp and of course I got the wrong one.
Pat, I remember altering some pants with the elastic panel that you could buy. That was 45 years ago but would think you could still buy that. Back then I made most of my clothes. I'm doing good to get a pair of pants hemmed or a button replaced today.
My brain finally came alive a bit and I realized I didn't have to go to Thousand Trails parks because there are things I had planned to see down here. Yesterday I made reservations at Silver Springs and Blue Spring State Parks for next month. I posted dates in GTG in case anyone is in the area.
Very pleasant weather wise today. Took a walk, and as often happens, I spent more time visiting than walking.
University of Washington football against Washington State in about an hour. That should drown out loud neighbors and their barking dogs
I have to buy for only five small grandchildren and two sets of parents, so I have already done all my shopping online. Packages are being shipped to parents and I will wrap them when I get to Ohio and the other family and I meet at Anaheim.
I was going to go get groceries today, but then I remembered Black Friday, so I am postponing until tomorrow.
I've got a lot of work to do today as last set of major reports need to be graded. These are big ones and take me a long time, so got to get down to work and earn my meager pay.
I don't shop BF either. It was sort of interesting to watch noon news though. They showed protesters sitting in the intersection blocking the only route into Walmart and SAMs Club here in Roseville. Said they wanted higher wages but it was quickly revealed that few of them were Walmart employees and most were brought in by unions who don't have enough dues paying members anymore to support union higher ups extravagant lifestyles. One news person commented that when Walmart no longer has 400 people in line every time they advertise for new hires, only then will Walmart raise wages. They showers some very angry drivers who wanted to go into the stores who were being blocked by the line of people sitting. Police arrested the entire line of sitters. So glad I was not out in the traffic.
