new dinette table

Getting my rig ready to go on the road. The dinette table it came with was Heavy and an absolute hassle to move when you needed to get to the storage under the bench seats. So I had the old one taken out and a new one made. It's sooo much lighter and more manageable. I'm sure I'll appreciate this a million times over in my travels.

Looks very useful. I like the matching wood trim that frames the back of the benches. It really provides a finished look to the whole area, not to mention a flat surface to set something down on..... :)

You did a great job, and like Tina said, it matches so well!

Thanks, it turn out well. The cabinets in the rig are great, but having the curve below the dinette seats, not so much. My guy took those off and did this match on the seats, side and back. The back of the seat behind the driver seat is super reinforced because I use it to get to the bunk (not the ladder). And the reinforcement has a custom shelf with built in for CDs, games, sun glasses, things you want to have handy without digging for them. Kudos to the guy who did this for me.

I really like what you've done. The colors are so warm and welcoming. It looks like a space just made for curling up and getting comfy. I hope you enjoy every minute you spend in it.

Very nice table. I would like to see the bunk area. I thought perhaps it is in the top space of the "cabin". I am thinking about putting a bunk/bed in that area and am collecting all the info I can about such a move. Grand Maverick
