Yippee, I finally did it!

I've been eyeing this Winnebago Outllook, 31 feet all winter and yesterday went, looked at it and knew it was mine. So I put a deposit on it conditional upon selling my house. My 2 little dogs were as happy as I was, they were running all over and smelling everything when I told them this was going to be their new home. I think they were most happy to get off the ice we'd been walking on and their little paws were pretty cold. But seriously I think they knew. Now for my house to sell. But we had a major thaw yesterday and water leaked into my basement so that's not a good thing. Must look into that tomorrow.
I recognize quite a few of you from previous forum and surely glad to have found you. Particularly shy Sparkle and all her adventures. I'm not much of a talker but when I do I can get carried away. So please forgive me if I ramble on.
In past posts I have learned a lot of things from all of you but now that I'm about to step into full timing I will undoubtedly have many questions.

Seriously, all the best wishes on your future happiness in your new home, WHEN you get it, not IF. It's a wonderful life. How is the housing market in Canada? Did it slow down there too? A lot depends on what you are selling, a low to mid priced house will go fast as people are moving out of those wanna be mansions. Good luck.

cnanago -Isn't it a wonderful feeling to find "The One". Exactly how I felt when I stepped into mine. I don't full time, nor will I for quite some time (have at least 7 more years for retirement), if I do full time. I think your fur babies know it Will be their new home soon. Congrats on your new home, and here's hoping for a quick sale of your stick home. Looking forward to seeing pics in the near future.
