Headed up Cal coast, love to meet people

Sometime in the next 2 weeks I'm headed to the Corvallis OR area from San Francisco bay.

I'd love to meet any of you all somewhere vaguely between here and there.

I am in McMinnville, OR, staying at Olde Stone Village RV Park. I will be here through the month of November and may possibly extend my stay through December as well. If you expand your trip further north of Corvallis, possibly we could arrange a mini GTG with myself, Judi and Joan (Portland) and Laura (Salem) and anyone else in the area or anyone who cares to travel a few miles. McMinnville is a charming and interesting little town and I expect it will soon be especially pretty with Christmas decorations.

Besides...I need to pick your brain re "Second Life," being the hopelessly addicted gamer I am . It is fascinating and the graphics are great!

I'm taking a friend and we're going on a shakedown cruise this coming weekend, and assuming that
I've gotten rid of the old one and so on by then, I'll be on my way next week!

If you'll still be around later this month, two of us from the forum have plans and tickets to do the night time tour of Alcatraz if you want to join us. We're going on a Sunday, I think the 24th?

I could drive somewhere to meet late this Sunday afternoon if you or anyone wants to meet for dinner somewhere? (For me it will be breakfast, tho lol). Sandi is located between us - so maybe somewhere in that area - Livermore or thereabouts? Anyone else around who wants to come for a meal? If not Sunday, I could do it Monday, also.

My trailer has been winterized and put to bed until spring, but I'm not far from Corvallis or McMinnville and will at least come for the day if there is a gtg nearby.

I'm pretty sure I will be staying here in McMinnville through December, however if it gets too cold and unbearable I am contemplating moving into a hotel like Staybridge for a month. I know, Laura, I'm a princess. But I'm also from TX and used to sweltering heat most of the time so......

I have a couple of daughters coming at different times the end of December so if we do anything, it probably should be right after Thanksgiving or around the first week in December. How about another hoedown???
