I would love that training, Chris. Had a group one when we bought r first RV, but nowhere detailed and one on one enough. My biggest fear is pulling into and out of a gas station. We have a gas MH and can't always find a pull thru type. I always think tGM doesn't have the room to pull out, but so far we haven't broken any tanks :D The one thing that I loved from the class was putting a small sticker near the bottom of the windshield on the drivers side so I would know how close I was or how far I really was from objects or to start turning a corner. Glad it went so well.

I forgot about my gas station experience. There was a Valero that had Diesel at $3.45 gal. So I wanted to fill RED for our trip to FL. The canopy was too low, but their diesel pump was in the back on its own separate island. This was a very small Valero, but I wanted the cheap gas. My instructor said, "no problem". Had to turn down a small residential street to enter the rear of the station requiring an almost U turn to get to the pump. When I was in the sharp turn I couldn't see the big yellow post in front of me. Glen got out an stood there. I swear I was going to run him over and take out the pump too! But I didn't come within 5 feet of either :P I need a lot of practice to get the feeling of "my space". :P

Good job! Now you need practice, practice, practice! And no matter how much practice you get, how much you drive, the first few miles of every trip you'll have butterflies and the first time you have to back into a spot on a trip is heart stopping, but it gets fun. I love to drive Hope and so far haven't gotten tired of driving. Guess that's a good thing seeing as how Chewy or the Samcat refuse to help me out! :D

Sounds like a very worthwhile class, especially all the one-on-one.

Sounds like a really informative class. Anything to make driving the A easier is great for one's confidence. Hubby better watch out, you'll be driving RED all the time now. Linda
