Thank you every one for all the nice birthday wishes. I did have a nice day. First we picked up our friends from Indiana who arrived here in Vegas for a week. And this evening we all went out to dinner with our youngest son and his wife. And they brought me a WHOLE carrot cake.
Cake Lady thank you for the beautiful cake - too pretty to cut. to clear the name thing up - name is Ann Carol. Friends and family use Carol. Legal things are Ann - interchangeable name - alter ego etc.
Again thank you all. Only get to be 3/4 of a century once........

Happy birthday Carol..sounds like a great day
where in the city of lights did you go for supper?
my husband had a favorite place there that when ever
we were in Vegas had to go to...haven't been to Vegas since
before he passed away we spent the better part of a week there as
the winds came up and he was to tired to journey on anyway...so I
spent a lot of time with the sister and brother in law
again enjoy your time with your family

never found the lost piece of carrot cake or its container......
We ate at a fish/steak place in the Green Valley District - can't remember the name of the place.
