Hey now stop picking on and putting down spammers!! They are just trying to make a living.

I enjoy and thoroughly read each and every piece of mail that hits my junk folder.

I need all the Viagra, foreign lottery winnings, penis enhancements I can get........

Echo, would you also like the Trojan that Ad-Aware found and killed yesterday? I'm sure I might be able to resurrect it if necessary.

Ah yes, but don't get too complacent as a B or B+ owner - I saw one get stuck in a parking garage that it thought it would fit. And I know of another that fits in most drive thrus, do damage at a bank drive thru that it didn't fit. Most B+'s arent much, if any, lower than me. The B's might be, but not the B+'s. Just narrower, really.

Don't ask me how I posted that to the wrong thread, Chris - but will go post it to the right one now :)

Guess you passed the test, Chris!

Heck, I miss all the excitement - didn't see the spammer either. I sure have plenty of them in my Spam file, tho, if you run out, Echo.

To, for a minute :) , get back on topic. I have spent the last few hours sending emails to all our members who joined in 2008 but have not posted. (There are a couple exceptions - one, your friend Lori - do you want to talk to her - or do you think she doesn't want to be a member?).

The emails are not all identical, but pretty close and say this:

Back last October you joined our Women RV forum. But you have never posted. We would love to have you join us (as long as you meet the criteria) - so, please, come on over ... www.womenrv.com/forum - and do an intro post.

Because of people joining who do not meet the criteria, and who desire to spam the forum, those who do not post an intro will be removed from membership.

We don't want this to happen to you! Come on and join us.

If you have decided this isn't for you, please email back and we will delete your membership. Hope that's not the case!

Thanks
Women RV Admin

We shall see what happens.

I'm also now checking ip addresses on new potential members, and some IP's are being banned to help avoid some spammer groups. But, again, some will slip through - and if they post, please, let me know.

There will be a change to the rules when someone joins - stating that if they only want to read the forum, they do not have to join. But for those who make the decision to join (and we welcome them) they will be required to post an intro within one week of joining. If the intro is not done, the account will be deleted. In that case, if they legitimately missed posting they will still be able to rejoin and we'll try again.

Sorry- that was written confusingly, Soos - Lori is rvgrammy - and she had a friend join who has never posted. So I thought I'd let her write or make the decision on her friend.

I've just driven a 1000 miles and my head is spinning. This is all so very confusing. It was like a tennis match and I couldn't figure out where the ball was.
