Pictures from the Red Rocks of Sedona, AZ

Postby asirimarco » Fri Oct 25, 2013 2:01 pm

Have done a couple of blogs since being here just south of Sedona, AZ - yesterday we drove out into the desert to the Palatki Ruins - so beautiful - almost like being in church.
Maybe later I'll go over to the campgrounds lodge and upload the rest of the picture to an album in photo bucket - hate not to share them the area is so magnificent.
Any way - here is the first part of yesterday's trip http://lifeinbrowncounty.blogspot.com
enjoy wish I could add some flue music to it.

One of my favorite places in the country. Just being there is a spiritual experience. Thanks for the reminder.

I would love to visit that area! Have been reading about Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon lately. What a beautiful place! I also love the red rocks.

Wow ....so impressive!!! have heard of Sedona but never been there really will have to remedy that one day
I've always loved the contrast of red mountains and blue sky...where I lived there was an area that you could find them...not to this extent
but loved going to see the small amount that we had...then of course there is Southern UT!!
your pictures were amazing!!!
