While this is working I'll try to catch you up on the last part of our journey
this is where we are now

This was the road out of the campground in Celestino Gazca

A field of Magey (sp) plants - they make tequila from them - crop is 2 years old - needs to be 5 to be harvested
Image
Las Jasibas RV park in Mazatlan we are in back in biger spaces - in crowded front the wifi works fine

Along the older beach the city is in the distance

The sidewalk along beach

One of the vendors - selling cocos

Where the Mazatlan cliff divers dive from - not as spetacular as Acapulco

Going out and about again today while motorhome is being washed. Lots of tourists here from the Northern States and many, many from Canada. More English spoken in stores here then in CA and NV.

Carol, have been really enjoying your trip and trying to find time to read your blog.....glad you're enjoying. How far down are you guys going? I think the tequilla plant is an Agave, but not sure. Keep those pictures coming!

Carol, what a wonderful trip you all have had !!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us, the colors are beautiful. I appreciate the map occasionally too, love to see just where you are. Most of the places you've been think I would have a problem saying the names, but they sure have been beautiful sights to see. :D I could sure enjoy the weather you've had too

Safe travels

Carol watch out for Sid & Barb Zielke down there in their Alfa. They are staying at the Punta Cerritos RV Plaza.
Last time we stayed down there we were camped at Los Jaibas RV Park. Have fun and I agree I felt like I was in Hawaii instead of Mexico because everyone speaks English instead of Spanish. I had alot of fun there!!

Can't wait to see your next set of pictures of the old churches in and around where you are. Take care!
