Thank, Tina. Today was a really good day for me to be reminded of this truth. (I'm prepping for another meeting with my lawyer, yet another step in making my lousy brother cough up my share of our parents' estate. Makes for tunnel vision.)

When celebrities routinely destroy themselves you have to know that those who seem to have it all, really have nothing. They sold out and are living empty lives without meaning. We can be awesome by caring about others and taking care of ourselves both mentally and physically. Try not to sweat the small stuff.

Excellent advice! I have applied it to my sorting and hoarding and organizing and tossing activities of this past week. Every so often I open a box of saved 'treasures' and I end up sitting down and treasuring every last second of them all over again. It's made the work a bit behind schedule, but I don't give a hoot----I have had such a wonderful time re-discovering all those pieces of my past life. I really have had a super wonderful life, and I am so happy I saved little 'treasures' from it!

I agree - I've been trying to no longer just 'be'.

I think we need time to 'just be' most of my life was filled with so much busy busy that a lot of the time now is spent 'just being'.
Then get up off my duff and be awesome!
