Great start Tina. You're gonna have a great time. Sounds like so much fun. Do they take into account how much horseback riding experience each person has or do they assume all are "greenhorns?"

No grizzlies yet but there is a bear that has been coming in at night and trying to raid the garbage! Sandi, their are folks here with all levels of experience. After meeting the horses, I think that they could find the right match for most anyone. Most of the riding is "trail" riding through the woods and up and down the hills.....and it is all done a walk.....I will let you know more after they have us try out hand with cattle.

How fun! That has been one of my dreams, to spend a week or two on a horse ranch in the mountains! Need to see horsie pictures and cowboys next! Do you get the same horse the whole time you are there? How is the food? Do you get to have a cookout while out on a ride?

(missing the "special rig" photo...)
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Oh my that sounds like so much fun! I would need the oldest and most gentle and slow horse. And I still might fall off.
