The loud cars always remind me of nephews when they were about 8 years old. They clipped playing cards to their bicycles so the spokes would hit the cards and make a loud noise while riding down the road.

It's surprising how many people play their stereo on the outdoor speakers, as if we want to hear their music. We were camping in Key Largo and the RV next to us had salsa blaring outside while she was holed up inside in the AC. Inconsiderate idiot!

I think that sometimes, especially if the RVers are not outside, the music outside may be accidental. My RV has A, B, and C speakers. The C speakers are outside but when you first turn on the radio or CD player, all three sets come on so I always have to check and make sure C is not lit up. I have to remind my DH and DS of that every time.
