Ava so sorry to hear your news. But you sound as determined as I am, when there is a problem, you face it head on. Anytime you need to share please come on here and let us support you in that manner. I know this is tough, scarey, but you can accomplish this. My thoughts and prayers are with you each step of the way.

Ava, am sorry to hear that you have to undergo more treatment. I went thru a six-month round of chemo and know it is nothing to look forward to-except of course knowing how much it will help in the long run.

It seems like you have thought out the best way to approach it for you. You definitely need and have a support group with us and hopefully you can find one in your town. I found mine invaluable.

I'm also sending healing strength along with Noosie's. You know everyone here is pulling for you and sending you lots of (((((((( )))))))))). carold

Oh, Ava, I'm so sorry to hear about your health trouble. I know you'll get through this, a day at a time, my friend. I'm glad your daughter is nearby and can offer some help. Wish I was there to bring you a covered dish and walk your dogs.

Ava, so sorry to hear of your health issues. My thoughts and hugs are with you also. There are a lot of places that you can get help with the cost of the medications that you will need, whether you have insurance or not. I know it is a hassle, but while you are planning for your upcoming attack on the disease, now might be a good time to check out this area also. One less thing to worry about.

Wishing you the best,

Linda

wow,... I am gone for a day or so and come back to find that our dear Ava is facing a serious challenge. Please know that we have "circled the wagons" (or campers!) and are emotionally there with you. Keep us posted, please, and feel the strong thoughts coming your way.

HUGS!

I feel the energy coming over the internet, I've been spending some time studying
the different dietary information I need to learn. It really is NOT sinking in, I've
never been one to worry about what I eat, other than the obvious....avoiding
junk food and soda pop, etc. things like that, but now I have to look at the
fats, all the different ones ,the sugars, proteins, and sodiums. I didn't do that last
time I was on this stuff. Gotta make a list and start letting this stuff sink into my
brain.
Thanks to all of you for your well wishes.
