Okay, so here's how bad I am tonight. I get off the phone with The Pest and then come read all these wonderful messages of encouragement and support and burst out crying.

I sobbed my way in to the bathroom and said, "Screw it - I am not flossing tonight." And I didn't.

Wish I could hit the fast forward button and zip you to good days that are ahead in your future. And, they are there. Just have to say a prayer for you right now and send hugs. Speaking of hugs, puppy hugs are good too!

Well dang, I had you laughing on the phone. Oh well, there's gonna be ups & downs & we'll be with you on both.

As far as not flossing, you're a real Rebel!

So sorry, Mitch. Just a reminder: that emotional up and down will hang around for a while, cry when you need to, it will settle down sooner than you think. Meantime pass the tissue and wine for those of us who are joining you.
BTW: You might want to take care of those teeth. Bet you and others would notice missing teeth quicker than missing boobs.

Holy cancer cells. When do they find out if it's "bad" cancer? I knew these things before surgery from multiple scans and had plenty of time to consider options. Who is your doctor and how can I reach him to ask these questions? hahaha.... And the only reason I needed to be "stretched out" was because my bra size was...what's the letter that comes before A??

Yes, there are many decisions to be made. Fortunately, you have the option of reconstruction whenever you want. I still don't have nipples because I'm just tired of surgeries right now, but know that I can get them whenever I want. And hey, I hear some are made out of Gore-Tex. Not sure what purpose that serves, but it's fun to think about.

Sorry you're feeling overwhelmed. My advice is to drink booze and kick stuff. None of this rising above it nonsense. That can come later.

I am so sorry Mitch! I didn't mean to make you cry!!

You are the one who has to make the final decision and it sounds like a good one, as far as waiting is concerned. You need to take care of one thing at a time and get healed up from that before deciding on more surgery. Just get healed up first!

Instead of wine I've been drinking skinny girl cosmos. Maybe one more than I should have. Ah hell, more than one is more than I should have. If my drinking is making you blubber it's having the wrong effect, should be bringing real laughter.

Shouldn't have corrected the auto correct I noticed. Find wrong above and replace it in your mind with Wong. I'm not sure who Wong is or how he thinks he fits here, but he came uninvited.

And when they find your racked and ruined body down the road. Someone will ask, when it this happen? When did it start? And Vickie will whisper remember back in 2013 the night she refused to floss.... it was all down hill from there....

Life is short. Floss some when the mood hits, drink some, cry some and laugh some (just remember to floss in the morning. The vision Sarah just put in my mind was not a pleasant one! ACK ACK....... and you don't have to photo shop it even.....)

Well, now, I am feeling robbed of what could have been an evening of beer, (no wine for me) Kleenex, and a good sobbing session, both for you and for me for being so silly as to think being lonely is painful. Compared to your feelings right now, I should be ashamed for feeling so depressed about being alone....but a good cry would have helped immensely. Instead, I went to bed and hid under the covers hugging Molly like I used to hug my teddy bear.

It's raining so hard here right now that the satellite TV is "searching" for a signal, the dogs won't step foot out the trailer door, and I can hear distant thunder. I am so hoping the surgery is for this upcoming Thursday and not another week, but, if it is another week of waiting, I suggest you stock up on the wine and Kleenex! Not a one of us can stand to think of anyone crying alone----I am planning to shop today (as it's too rainy to do anything else) and will make sure my beer supply is adequate and that I have plenty of aloe-infused hankies. I am also using my devil capabilities to stun those cancer cells into immobility and non-productivity while you wait. If you feel strange wars going on in those boobies, you will know what's going on!

In the meantime, hug Abby and let her lick away your tears!

This was on Facebook, wish I knew how to put the link here but guess I'll have to type...Reality is there is cancer in your breasts, that will soon be medical waste...bye bye and good riddance...let's make sure you stay cancer free..Cancer can't live in an alkaline body, nor can other diseases..I know you might already know this but I think we all need to do this:
Body Flush & Detox
1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 or 2 oranges, 2 limes, 1 bunch of mint Slice them all and divide the ingredients between 4 24oz water bottles and fill up with filtered water. Drink daily. Not only does this taste delicious and help flush fat, but it also counts toward your daily water intake.
Lemons: Help in the absorption of sugars and calcium and cuts down your cravings for sweets.
cucumbers: Act as a diuretic and flushes fat cells. It is also alkalizing to the body and increases your energy levels
Limes: Promote a healthy digestive tract
Mint: Is a natural appetite suppressant that also aids in digestion

Today is my day to start. If anyone else is already doing this let us know how you feel, has it given you energy, helped with sugar cravings, suppressed appetite, etc
Mitch, I think this thread must have broken all records for replys and views! Take care of those teeth...you have awakened a sleeping giant, we aren't going to get off your back until we know you're not trying to join George... I haven't even been posting much but my two cents has accumulated to a substantial amount and I will be depleting it again...

Oh my goodness - NO ONE SHOULD BE CRYING FOR ME! That's my job! :)

Say, I have an idea - on Wednesday, September 18 (late afternoon/early evening), let's have a

Buh-Bye Boobie Celebration

NO CRYING - just boobie jokes!
(and wine/beer, of course)
And we can invite George in absentia (he did so love The Girls).
