After what happened to George, you can bet I'll insist that anyone who comes in to fondle my boobies while in the hospital, washes their hands first and does so thoroughly! Probably won't make any friends that way, but I'd rather be alive than have more friends. I'll bet George would feel the same way. Besides, I have enough great friends right here! Well, except for Vickie - she's coming up to try and kill me with her cooking.

..

It's just so obvious that they only wear gloves to protect themselves. How many health care professionals actually wash their hands before they put on the gloves? It only stands to reason that whatever is on their hands in now on the outside of the gloves.

Vickie is not trying to kill you Mitch. Who else on this forum is more fun to pick on than you? :o  Sheesh.

Mitch, hospitals are not a place to be in any longer than necessary. Too many things you can contract. Better off home with a visiting nurse, if necessary.

Been "off line" .....Mitch also told us to postpone our visit to the "Blue Marlin" for this year....we offered to come help out, too... so we'll honor her request, but she knows all she needs to do is call and we'd be there with "bells on"..... ;) ;)

And I so appreciate your offer! But The Blue Marlin is a place to eat, drink and be merry, not a nursing home. We will catch up at some point in the future...we just have to!

So, how was your first boondocking experience?

I think I see the problem. So many of us offered to jump in our rigs and drive to Mitch's, she envisioned having to supply all of us with food, hook ups, dump stations, a dog park and wine! Cheaper to hire a nurse. :P :P

But nowhere near as much fun...
We can do that sometime in, hopefully, the near future.

I can understand not wanting company while you are recovering. Hard to entertain people (not that they would expect that, tho) when you are not feeling well. You should have one person, tho, to help you out with things (physically, emotionally and domestically). I am sure Vickie will try not to kill you while she is there. She knows we would all be really upset with her it that happened! :o

Just thought of another use for your bras! Hang one between two trees and use it like a double seated hammock! :D Or maybe a double sling shot?!
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Sigh----the picture of that cute little polka dot bra is (almost) enough for me to elect for a whack job! On the other hand, I would want to make sure it was an "election" and not a necessity.

Time to call for my mammogram right now.

Just left surgeon's office. Boobies are coming off next Thursday. No reconstruction (for now...maybe never).
