Good Morning.
Will be moving on shortly. The wind has finally died down and looks like it will be a nice day for travel.

Liz got a great shot of the waves crashing here yesterday. Maybe she will add it later.

Good Morning Sarah and all who follow,

Sarah, so glad to see you start Coffee this morning. I know you don't have any coffee ready for us as you are getting ready to hit the road again and are putting stuff away. But you will be traveling into what is probably the most beautiful area of the U.P. Although I can't be physically with you, I am there in spirit.

Bit of a chilly start to the morning here, if you call 50 degrees chilly. But after having been in the hot weather for the past week, it feels chilly. But it felt so good yesterday to be able to work outside and not sweating into a puddle.

Not a heck of a lot going on here right now. Mostly just doing outside work in prep for fall arriving. Made and installed a new fence gate out of PVC pipe yesterday to replace old wooden one that was warping. So other than painting it, fence project is done. Now to clean out garage and reorganize it a bit. First, a couple of errands to run.

Will be looking forward to hearing from the MI wanderers and their next adventure. Have a great trip and a great day to the rest of you.

Good morning everyone. Although it is Tues. Feels like a Monday. Always does after a 3 day weekend. :P Sarah, what a beautiful spot. What a great trip you're having. Not much going on here. No coffee. Just lots of water. Trying to plumb up my tiny veins for the MRI and MRA (magnetic angio where they have to insert dye by I.V.) of my head and neck at 9:30. I hope they don't mind the smell of vinegar (see my post in general topics). Every one have a great day and stay safe. Aloha y'all

Good Morning All, Sarah, that lake looks so calm today...I saw pictures of Lake Michigan on the news where there were big waves and rip tides?!?! Rip tides in the lake?
It was a nice party yesterday. I was pretty tired at the end of the day. I didn't do much, I guess it is just the thinking about it that makes me tired.
Hope everyone has a great day! lyn

Nice photo. Reminds me of last time I was there in the winter.

I am comfortably camped in Montana near I90 and what is fast becoming my favorite bakery, Wheat Montana! Got a ham and cheese croissant for lunch. I drove 130 miles today, so am stopping early.

Don't forget SoCalGalcas that it was a storm with 30-foot plus waves in Lake Superior about 30 years ago that broke a 1,000 foot ore carrier in half, sinking it with all hands lost--the Edmund Fitzgerald. That can be one very nasty lake!

Benson!!! Last we heard from you you were in Alaska!!! And I know you have family there, I do too, but I don't go there this time of year! LOL! Of course I did stay there on my way out in July..... :?

Sometimes it seems like I am driving in circles, but apparently this company has several branches besides their main bakery which is near Three Forks, MT. I am near Missoula, MT, down the freeway a couple hundred miles!

Guess I need a bumper sticker that says "Will stop for food."

Ah so. I thought it was a one shop bakery. Will keep this in mind for next summer when I visit my cousin in Bozeman.
