Good morning Lori (Ernie & Spinny too) & all to follow! :D

Have fun in the hay field! Lack of wireless service is a bummer, but otherwise, I hope you have a great first-time boondocking experience! And speaking of moving, Ava, I hope you can find a place for you, Maggie & your rig so you can have your own space.

Yep, more rain/humidity in NY today as Lori mentioned, but we're to get a cool down come Tuesday! Thanks for sending that our way BJ! Won't be long before we're talking about COLD weather, but hopefully I'll be on the road south before it gets too cold! :P

The saga continues for your neighbor, Kathleen? It just dawned on me that Cindy is the neighbor I met when I was there??? Such a nice lady...I do hope she's not getting herself into a mess!

So where has Soos been? Off to more music fests, I think? I forgot the "rabbits" this a.m.

Off for more coffee & maybe mow the lawn between rain storms...Y'all have a great day & safe travels always! 8-)

Good Morning ladies
YES RABBITS! :D I did remember :D
Great spur of the moment drive yesterday, started out in Mesa checking out a couple rv parks/senior communities and
then took a road I'd never been on and of course my brain said, hmm, wonder where this goes and what it looks like on
the other side :D Anyway, I ended up in Apache Junction over by Santa Fe rv park where some friends have their rv and
I swung in there just to take a look see for damage from the storm last week. They are out of town for the summer off
in their little toy hauler. No damage but her neighbors carport siding is laying in her sideyard. Took some pictures and
sent off to her. So the request is to go out there again today and take more pictures and of a few other units of other
neighbors that are out of town. Happy to oblige as these are the folks that always move my fifthwheel for me at no charge.
So today I'll take another drive out that way and since I'm going I'll stop by my own fifthwheel and take some stuff out
there that belongs in understorage. It will be a productive day.
Made a frame for the airmattress out of pvc pipe. I slept better last night since the bed was not "wobbly" The frame turned
out really good and cost me a whole $26 for materials, and it can be dismantled and put in storage for the rv to
have a spare bed if needed. :D I am so pleased.
Finishing up laundry I didn't do yesterday and then its off to the store for two most important things...coffee and tp. :P
Ya'll have a great day and be safe.
Somewhere with Ava and Maggie

Good Morning All, Beautiful red sky in the morning sunrise today. Will we get rain here in the city? Doesn't look like it now.
Isn't Soos up in VT at a music festival? Probably no internet. Or, having too much fun to write!!!
Lori and Ernie camping in the "hay field"? Altho I've boon docked lots, never in a hay field. (on a dairy farm one night)
Carol, when do you start South? Are you going west at all?
Ava, I too have friends in AJ...I haven't heard that they have had damage...hope no news is good news. Love your ingenuity with the PVC pipes!
I'm all ready for the party here tomorrow. lyn

Another sunny and hot day here in NM. Thinking of going to the Hatch Chili Festival. Have really cultivated a liking for the green chilis. Just bought a magazine listing all the other upcoming festivals in this state. So many choices!

Absolutely beautiful day here in the east side of Glacier National Park. I took the red bus tour to Canada yesterday, and checked out the campground at Watertown Park, which is the northern end of Glacier. I think I will go there sometime next year. There is a little village below the historic hotel, and it has a full-hookup or partial hookup campground right in the middle. Grassy and not very woodsy feeling, but the other campgrounds in the park have limits on size. If you have a smaller vehicle and want to boondock, there are other places.

I have work to do today, so I put my awning up to block the bright sun and have my vent fan going to cool the place off. I made sausage and pancakes for breakfast, and like always, I made extra and froze three packages for fast meals on the road. So I am well-fed and rested from a good night's sleep.

Tomorrow I head for West Glacier for a couple of days and then on to near Spokane to meet Ellen! She has reserved a campsite for the weekend right behind me. Can't wait. After that I head to Cape Disappointment in WA to meet an old friend from high school and his wife. So lots to look forward to if I can just get through the rest of this semester. This is the first time I have ever taught three classes at once, so it means a lot of extra work. Which means I had better get down to it! No more procrastinating today.
